Executive Chef Richard Davies and his team were awarded their
first Michelin star in January 2009. The Michelin guide is
arguably the most revered restaurant guide amongst chefs,
restaurant critics and guests alike.
Local produce remains at the heart of
Richard's cooking with Wiltshire Saddleback pigs and a brood of
ginger nut chickens reared on the Estate, as well the freshest of
ingredients coming from the Kitchen Garden!

what you want, so we organise a private meeting for you to discuss
your precise requirements. They will come laden with some
tasty ideas but ultimately it’s your choice and bespoke to your

Once the menu is chosen, our knowledgeable sommelier will
arrange a wine tasting so that you perfectly compliment your
