At 33 years of age, Richard Davies' experience includes three Michelin star restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea and The Vineyard at Stockcross. Since taking up his position in August 2007, Richard and his team have worked tirelessly to maintain consistency and perfection with every single dish served.
